By submitting a booking or inquiry, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Booking data: name, phone number, optional email, pickup city and address, destination, journey date and time, return trip details, vehicle type, passenger count, special requests, and fare amounts you enter;
• Contact inquiries: name, phone, email, and message content;
• Usage data: pages visited, referrer URL, approximate session identifier, and timestamp when analytics are enabled on our site;
• Communications: WhatsApp, phone, or email correspondence with our office.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data (e.g. health, biometrics, government ID numbers) through the public booking form. Please do not send such information unless we explicitly request it for a lawful purpose.

• Process and confirm ride requests;
• Contact you about your booking or inquiry;

Those providers process data under their own terms and security practices. We select reputable vendors but do not guarantee the actions of third-party platforms (including WhatsApp, telco networks, or cloud hosts).

Booking and contact records are kept for as long as needed to provide services, comply with law, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of personal data by contacting us; we will honour requests where we are not required to retain records by law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data in our systems. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for unauthorised access, hacking, or disclosure beyond our reasonable control.

You may update or correct booking details by contacting us before your trip. You may opt out of non-essential marketing messages (we send few, if any). Analytics cookies or local storage, if used, may be limited through your browser settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sharda Travels is not liable for any indirect or consequential harm arising from collection, use, disclosure, or loss of personal data, except where liability cannot be excluded under Indian law (including applicable data protection or consumer protection rules).

You provide information voluntarily. You are responsible for the accuracy of details you submit and for keeping your phone and email access secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised policy.
